- Things in this organization are not what they seem.

We really want to know who is behind this deal Kelly, Chris, Joda, Ellis or are they the "useful idiots" to someone else grand plan like Ukraine Mayor partnership with Kelly.

Lot of City of Chattanooga employee addresses on this NGO using Tax Payer time and resources but it's not a government entity. Begs more questions/investigations.

Chattanooga National Park City is not incorporated anywhere but if it's acting as part of the City of Chattanooga there are multiple legal issues here with money collection. If it's an NGO there is not entity with the state or the IRS, or acting as a foriegn corporation for another country nothing on that filing.
